Get help
Include a brief description of what you were trying to do, what happened, and the client or browser you used. If useful, include the visible error message and a screenshot with private details removed.
Do not send passwords, authentication codes, API keys, payment details, customer datasets or private scenario links in your initial message. Support does not ask you to enter a password or payment details in your plugin chat.
Reopen or change a scenario
Return to the chat where you created the scenario and ask WhereHowSpace to show or update it. A scenario's private link grants access to view, edit, run and delete that scenario. Keep it private. If you have lost access, describe the issue to support without posting the link publicly.
Delete a scenario
In the chat containing the scenario, ask WhereHowSpace to delete it. Review which scenario will be removed before confirming. Deletion disables its private link and removes the saved draft and calculation-run records.
Shared artifacts, provider backups, browser recovery copies and copies held by your chat provider are handled separately, as explained in the Privacy Policy.
For other access, correction, export or deletion requests, email koy@wherehowspace.com. We may need information to verify your authority over the account or scenario. Never send credentials for that purpose.
Calculation help
Check the building dimensions or saved outline and the settings identified in the response. An address alone does not define a building's footprint. If a calculation is still pending, ask for its status; if the service reports a limit, wait before retrying. Report repeated failures with the visible message and approximate time.
Understand the result
WhereHowSpace provides layout and capacity estimates from supplied constraints. It does not certify rack structures, building or fire-code compliance, or safe operations. Validate a plan before using it for operational, construction or financial decisions.
